To access your Homeowner Portal, always start at the Spark website:

Request Access to the Homeowner Portal?

Visit https://managedbyspark.com/register to request your secure registration link for the Spark Homeowner Portal. Once approved, we’ll email you an invitation to create your account so you can:

View your account balance

Make payments or set up Auto Pay

Submit maintenance and architectural requests

Access association documents

Stay updated on community announcements

What Happens After You Submit This Form?

Our team will verify your account details

You’ll receive a secure registration email from AppFolio

Click the Register button in the email

Create your password and activate your portal access

Log in anytime at 👉 managedbyspark.com/portal

What Will I See When I Log In?

Your portal homepage gives you a quick overview of your account, including:

Click Payments in the left menu

Choose:

Make a One-Time Payment

Set Up Auto Pay

Pay by: Bank account (ACH), or Credit card
(Processing fees may apply depending on payment type)

Review past payments

Select Request Maintenance

Architectural Review Requests (also called ACC requests) are required for exterior changes such as:

Painting, Roofing, Exterior modifications
