Log into the Homeowner Portal at https://signin.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/global-login.
Click on "Requests" followed by "Maintenance request".
Fill in the details about the issue:
Is this related to your unit or common property?
Be as specific as possible (location, description, photos if applicable).
Click Submit request.
Common examples: leaking sprinkler in shared area, broken fence, or landscaping issues (if applicable under association responsibilities).
Log into the Homeowner Portal at https://signin.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/global-login.
Click on Architectural Requests.
Followed by Create architectural request.
Read the instructions, fill out the form, and upload any required documentation.
Before you begin, have the following ready:
Description of the proposed change
Plot/site plan or sketch
Paint chips, material samples, or photos (if applicable)
Contractor or vendor info (if available)
The Board typically reviews ACCs within a specified timeframe in the governing documents.
